Marine Corps 241st Birthday Celebrations

Members of the Brazos Valley Marine Corps League participated in a number of celebrations of the 241st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps. There were cakes cut at BVMCL member places of work, a formal party at Messina Hof, and the annual BVMCL birthday party in place of the November meeting.
The Marine Corps Birthday Ball was held at Messina Hof on November 10, 2016. Ed Holcomb, Ted Hamilton and John McGuire represent some of the BVMCL members that attended the celebration. The Marine Corps Birthday Party, held in place of our regular November 14, 2016 meeting, always brings in new Marines to our area that have interest in the Marine Corps League.
At the Birthday Party, Doug Tennis displayed the Member Poster. It is a work in process. We are still collecting more service pictures from the membership.
